  • Return Policy

  • We want you to be satisified with your purchase. If you wish to return your items please put them in the original box and packaging they came in and ship them back for a full refund. Items must arrive unbroken and in good condition for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Return shipping will not be refunded unless merchandise was defective or damaged. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of items. We strictly enforce this policy due to the fragile nature of our ornaments. Vintage Treasures is not responsible for damage caused by negligence of use by the customer.
